The toughest part of this recipe is catching the fish! Here are some rock fish(striped bass) that I caught last week. I decided to make them into chunks and grill them in foil. I used a foil pan from the store and made a lite sauce of butter, garlic, salt and white wine.
Preheated the grill to 400 degrees and put them on. I just kept an eye on them while they simmered and watched the meat slowly turn white and flaky. At that point they are done and they were delicious.
